Desmopressin Acetate is a synthetic analog of the antidiuretic hormone (ADH) vasopressin, used in veterinary medicine to treat diabetes insipidus. It is typically given as eye drops or nasal drops in dogs, helping the kidneys concentrate urine, thereby reducing excessive thirst and urination in affected pets under veterinary care.
