Aluminum Hydroxide Gel is an oral phosphate binder and antacid for dogs, cats, and horses. It works by binding to phosphorus in the gastrointestinal tract to prevent its absorption into the bloodstream, while also reacting with gastric acid to help adjust stomach pH levels.
