Sotalol HCl is an oral antiarrhythmic medication (class II and III beta blocker) used in dogs and cats to manage heart rhythm disorders. It helps to control arrhythmias such as ventricular tachycardia or atrial fibrillation by slowing the heart rate and stabilizing the cardiac electrical activity.
