Lomustine (CCNU) is an oral chemotherapy drug (alkylating agent) used in dogs and cats to treat certain cancers such as lymphoma, mast cell tumors, or brain tumors. It is given in capsule form as part of a veterinary cancer treatment protocol with careful monitoring for side effects.
