For dogs up to 15 pounds, administer an initial dose of ½ tablet daily for the first 4 to 6 weeks. After that, give a maintenance dose of ½ tablet every other day. For dogs that are between 16 and 30 pounds, administer an initial dose of 1 tablet daily for the first 4 to 6 weeks. After that, give a maintenance dose of ½ tablet daily.

For dogs that are between 31 and 60 pounds, administer an initial dose of 2 tablets daily for the first 4 to 6 weeks. After that, give a maintenance dose of 1 tablet daily. For dogs that are over 60 pounds, administer an initial dose of 3 tablets daily for the first 4 to 6 weeks. After that, give a maintenance dose of 1-2 tablets daily.
